A famous Cava produced by one of the eldest producers in Penedès, Spain. The Brut Classic has an elegant sparkle and unique terroir, creating a bursting aroma of citrus fruits and brioche with a subtle dry taste.
The base wine has been matured for six months using fine yeast, followed up with maturation in the style of ‘sur lattes’. This resulted in a Cava with small bubbles and a fine-tuned dry flavour.
