Preparation of the wine
The wine consists 100% of verdejo grapes. Due to the height and climate, the verdejo grape is full of character. It can be characterized as dry, fresh, and fruity. The harvest of the grape takes only place when it is perfectly ripe. After the harvest, Palacio de Bornos works hard to find the perfect balance between refinement and extract.
