Grain rolling mill De Halm was founded in 1977 with the aim of processing organic grains of mainly Dutch soil. de Halm can therefore be rightly called one of the founders of the production of organic cereals, cereal flakes and muesli. All products are grown in an environmentally friendly manner at the grain farmer. This means that the grain farmer does not use chemical synthetic pesticides and no fertilizer in cultivation. Both the suppliers and De Halm itself are regularly supervised by Skal, the organic production control organization, which provides the Halm with the EKO approval mark.
Are you currently abroad and crave for organic cereal products from Dutch soil? That's possible now, because Holland at Home has a wide range of Halm products, including oat flakes, cornflakes, barley flakes, rice flakes and more.
